Instructions to Parents

This form should be used to register for the Glenthorne High School Banding Tests and

Performing Arts aptitude workshops.

 

 You will need the following to complete your registration:-

• Your full details. Please note that the email address you register will be the only one used

for communication purposes.

• Your child’s full details

• The name and address of your child’s primary school

• A photograph that you can upload that is less than 2MB and conforms to passport guidelines. You will see examples on the relevant page of this form. As a guideline the photograph should have been taken in the last year.

• The name of the local authority to whom you pay your council tax.

If you are unable to complete your registration, you can save your form and return to it at a later date.

   • Please note the closing date for completion and submission of this form is:

      • Midnight on Friday 20th September 2024 for Performing Arts aptitude workshops.

      • Midnight on Thursday 31st October 2024 for Banding Tests.

Parents/carers are strongly advised to read the FAQ sheet before beginning the registration.
